Board of Aldermen Regular Meeting
The Board of Aldermen meets on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 7 PM. Mayor Mark Stallmann presides over the eight-member board (two aldermen per ward).
Planning & Zoning Commission
The Planning & Zoning Commission meets on the first Monday of each month at 7 PM. Reviews zoning applications, conditional use permits, site plans, and subdivision plats.
Board of Adjustment
The Board of Adjustment meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 7 PM. Hears variance requests, appeals, and special exception applications.
Historical Commission
The Historical Commission meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM at the Old Ballwin School House. The commission promotes, educates, and illustrates the history of Ballwin: its exploration, settlement, development, and activities since 1837.
Parks and Recreation Citizen Advisory Committee
The Parks and Recreation Citizen Advisory Committee advises the Parks & Recreation Department on programming, facilities, and community needs. The committee meets quarterly to review seasonal programming, facility improvements, and resident feedback.
Public Works Committee
The Public Works Committee meets jointly with the Board of Aldermen to review infrastructure projects, street maintenance, stormwater management, and capital improvements. Meetings are held as needed, typically preceding a regular Board of Aldermen session.
