Apply for building permits, renew business licenses, and manage inspections through the City's online MyGov portal.

Overview

Residential plumbing, electrical, and mechanical permits are available online through MyGov. Commercial permits must be submitted in person. Building Commissioner Seth Pecoraro and the inspection team handle all plan reviews and inspections.

Before you begin

    Determine permit type: building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or business license.

    For residential permits, apply online through the MyGov portal.

    For commercial permits, contact Building & Inspections at (636) 227-2129.

    Schedule inspections through MyGov or by calling the inspections office.
