Municipal Court
Ballwin Municipal Court is a Division of the 21st Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri. The court handles traffic violations, municipal ordinance violations, and related cases. Court Administrator Mikki Grieshaber and staff process payments, schedule hearings, and assist the public. The court also manages Winchester municipal court cases.

Court dates and schedule
Municipal Court sessions are held two Tuesdays per month at 5:30 PM in the Board Room at 1 Government Center. Doors open at 5:15 PM. Check the court calendar for specific dates.
Your rights in court
You have the right to be represented by an attorney. However, there is no right to have an attorney appointed by the court. If you cannot afford an attorney, you may request a continuance to consult with a private attorney before proceeding.
Court programs and fine schedule
The court may order completion of specific programs as part of sentencing. Available programs include: Defensive Driving School/Driver Improvement Program, Substance Abuse Traffic Offender's Program (SATOP), Adolescent Drug Education Program (ADEP), Drug Education Program (DEP, over 21), Assaultive Behavior Program, Theft Offenders Program, Supervised Probation, Anger Management, and Community Service.
