Pavilion and facility rentals
How to reserve
All park pavilion, ballfield, meeting room, and gym reservations must be made in person at The Pointe at Ballwin Commons, 1 Ballwin Commons Circle. Golf Course Event Center reservations are handled by phone through the Golf Course office.
Park pavilions
Pavilions are available at Vlasis Park (two pavilions, each seating 80 with BBQ grills), Ferris Park (one pavilion seating 60 with BBQ grill), New Ballwin Park (one pavilion), and Holloway Park (one pavilion). All parks are open dawn to dusk.
Facility rentals
Indoor spaces available for rent include meeting rooms at The Pointe, gymnasium rentals, indoor pool rentals at The Pointe, and the Golf Course Event Center (up to 200 guests). Birthday party packages are available at both The Pointe and North Pointe.
Birthday party packages
The Pointe and North Pointe Aquatic Center both offer birthday party packages with pool access, party room time, and setup. Contact The Pointe front desk at (636) 227-9000, option 6 for availability and pricing.
