Planning & Zoning Commission

Meets the first Monday of each month at 7 PM. Reviews zoning applications, conditional use permits, and site plans. Members are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Board of Aldermen.

Board of Adjustment

Meets the third Wednesday of each month at 7 PM. Hears variance requests, appeals, and special exception applications.

Historical Commission

Meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM at the Old Ballwin School House, 308 Jefferson Avenue. Preserves and promotes Ballwin's history dating back to 1837.

Parks & Recreation Citizen Advisory Committee

Advises the Parks & Recreation Department on programming, facilities, and community needs.
