Online permits

Residential plumbing, electrical, and mechanical permits are available online through the MyGov portal at public.mygov.us/ballwin_mo. Commercial permits must be submitted in person.

Inspections

Schedule inspections through MyGov or by calling (636) 227-2129. Inspectors review work for compliance with building codes and approved plans.

Occupancy inspections

Required before occupying new construction or renovated spaces. Contact the inspections office to schedule.
