Public permit records

The City of Ballwin publishes monthly records of all issued building permits as part of its commitment to transparency. Permit listings are available as downloadable PDF documents organized by month, with records dating back to January 2016.

How to search

Select the month and year you are interested in from the Issued Permits page to download the corresponding permit listing document. Each monthly report includes permits issued within city jurisdiction during that period.

Recent permit listings

The most recent permit reports are available for November 2025, October 2025, September 2025, and August 2025, with earlier months available through the archive.
