2026 infrastructure projects
The City of Ballwin has budgeted infrastructure improvements for 2026 following Board of Aldermen approval. Project timelines are subject to change based on weather conditions, equipment availability, and manpower.
Slabs, curb, and gutter work
Scheduled locations: Cool Meadows (North), Cascade Terrace Drive, Seven Trails Drive, Meadow Bridge Drive, Rolling Glen Lane, Hickory View Lane, Village Creek Court, Oak Borough Drive, White Acre, Tamarack Drive, Meadowbrook Drive, Iron Lantern Drive, Steeple Hill, Oakmont Circle, Old Oaks Drive, Stoddards Mill Drive, Claymont Cove Court, Wildforest, Charleston Oaks Drive, Gallaway Oaks Drive, Westrun, Buckhurst Drive, Gateford Drive, and Oak Run Lane.
Sidewalk construction
New sidewalk construction is planned for Wildwood Parkway.
Mill and repave projects
Scheduled for Cedar Tree Lane, Garden Leaf Court, Covert Court, Spring Oaks Court, Coral Terrace, Monroe Mill Drive, and Claymont Drive.
Microsurfacing and cracksealing
Planned for Burtonwood, Portsdown, Algonquin, Glenn Drive, Ivywood, and Westrun.
ADA compliance initiative
Under the city's formal ADA transition plan (adopted February 27, 2017), curb ramps and sidewalk upgrades are required during all street overlay and resurfacing projects to meet accessibility standards.
